If your property has been exposed to the public with our robust and thorough marketing efforts and has not been getting the activity that would be anticipated, we must work together to determine the solution. COMPENSATION AND PROCEEDS
Our listing fee is 6% on the first $100,000 and 3% on the balance. We offer half of this amount to the Buyer’s Agent (3% on the first $100,000 and 1.5% on the balance). This is based on the sold price of your home, not the list price. If our team represents the Buyer and the Seller, we will reduce our commission to a flat 3%, making it a win-win for all.
